By using VenturePath you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully. Where final language has not yet been approved, the placeholder text describes our intended position.
1. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and authorised to enter into a binding contract. Some features are restricted to verified founders, accredited investors, or invited shareholders.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information you submit and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend an account for suspected abuse, fraud, or breaches of these terms.
3. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the platform: no harassment, no scraping, no attempts to bypass access controls, and no uploading of unlawful content.
4. Investment risk
Listings, valuations, and other information are provided for due diligence purposes. VenturePath is not an investment advisor and does not guarantee returns; all investment decisions remain yours.
5. Fees
Some services may carry fees, which we will disclose before you opt in. Subscription pricing is shown on the relevant page.
6. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may terminate access for material breach, prolonged inactivity, or legal obligation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VenturePath is not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
